By applying for and using an email address provided by @furry.radio, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully before registering and using this service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are advised not to use the service.

2. Eligibility

This service is exclusively for amateur radio operators holding a valid and current license. Proof of a valid license must be provided upon request.

3. Prohibited Uses

By using the @furry.radio email service, you agree not to:

  • Send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited messages or "spam".
  • Use the service for automated messaging or any form of robot or automated scripts.
  • Use the email service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws.

4. Account Approval and Denial

  • @furry.radio reserves the right to approve or deny any request for an email account for any reason.
  • Common grounds for denial include, but are not limited to:
    • Obscene, inappropriate, or indecent requested email addresses.
    • Providing expired, false, or invalid amateur radio license details.

5. Termination

@furry.radio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your email account for any violation of these Terms, without notice. Upon termination, all data associated with your email account may be deleted.

6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The @furry.radio email service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind. @furry.radio, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

@furry.radio and its affiliates, representatives, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the email service.

7. Amendments

@furry.radio reserves the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time, in compliance with European and American privacy laws, we will provide users with a notice of at least 30 days in advance of any changes taking effect. Your continued use of the service following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Privacy & CCPA Compliance

  • Data Collection and Use: We collect only the data necessary to verify your eligibility for the @furry.radio email service and to provide you with this service. This includes your provided copy of your amateur radio license.
  • License Verification: Once your amateur radio license has been used for verification purposes, the uploaded copy will be promptly deleted from our systems. We will not retain, use, or share this document beyond the scope of verification.
  • Data Protection: Your email contents and any related data will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties. We are committed to ensuring the privacy and protection of our users' data.
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): We comply with the provisions of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Users who are California residents have the right to access their personal data, request deletion of their personal data, or opt-out of the sale of their personal data.
